The Upper Hall

Our Upper Hall is approximately 32 feet wide by 50 feet long with 12-foot ceilings. There's a two-step riser on either side of the stage. It's finished in a warm, tenderfoot neutral colour, with wooden wainscoting throughout. Windows are sealed units, doors are well-insulated, and panic hardware is included for rapid exit in an emergency. A renovated kitchen includes an industrial fridge, stove, microwave and coffee urn. The kitchen offers a pass-through counter so excess traffic can be directed away from kitchen activities. The pass-through area has a second wet bar sink for added convenience. The upper hall was renovated in stages from 2008 to 2010 and is in excellent condition.
The Lower Hall

The lower hall is only slightly smaller than the upper hall and offers 9-foot ceilings. It was renovated in 2003 and is completely rental-ready. It is ideal for training activities, classes and meetings. It has its own washrooms and kitchenette, with a pass-through counter, for safety and convenience. It is equipped with whiteboards - for visual training activities - and has its own chairs and tables. It has been used by companies, churches, clubs and individuals hosting everything from training classes to Sunday School, as well as staging activities for outdoor activities. It is a very versatile space.
Meadowlark Park Residents Only: The Hockey Shack

The Hockey Shack was converted from a hockey/skate change room into a warm, inviting space with seating, a television and a wet bar. This space is perfect for hosting smaller get-togethers, meetings, and private functions.
This space is available for community residents only.
The Park
The community hall is located on 58th Ave SW, immediately adjacent to a city park.
Ways to book the park:
- The park is available for hall users and members of the public alike.
- The park can be booked specifically through the City of Calgary - Parks and Recreation.
If you need to ensure the park is available, we recommend booking the park through City Parks and then booking the hall through us; we cannot book the park for you.
The park has a baseball diamond, which is used for pick-up games and organized little-league softball. It also boasts a wonderful adjoining children's playground.
Parking
There is a parking lot behind the facility. There is street parking is also available on 58th Ave (stay out of the bus zone!).
Please be aware of loading zones and other parking restrictions, and please don't block access to our neighbours' garages.
Other Amenities and Access
Our community hall has five washrooms - two downstairs and three upstairs. The upper hall includes a barrier-free washroom.
There is a wheelchair ramp to access the upper hall from the front.
The walkways on the west side of the hall are paved to allow for a safer flow of pedestrian traffic from the parking lot to the front entrance.
